It is believed that the whale shark inhabits the Earth since 60 million years ago!! It can measure up to 18 feet and weigh over 25 tons! They appear in groups at specific times of the year in very few places in the world in order to feed themselves. The amazing bay of La Paz is one of those unique places where you can have the opportunity to swim with them! The shark whales are harmless; their feeding is based mainly on plankton and sometimes small fish.
