CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

-If the cancellation is requested within the month before your departure date, the deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

-In case of cancellation once your stay with us has started, no refund is possible.

-If Dive In La Paz, cancel for any reason, the corresponding totality will be refunded.

 

We are limited to the climate, consequently, if the conditions are not favorable,

                         dive/snorkel sites can be changed at the last minute.

 

 

 

 

RESERVATION PROCESS

-To begin with the reservation process, you will be sent a receipt with the quotation of the requested services where you will find the total and the amount corresponding to the 20% advance that is needed to schedule a place.

 

-The quote is valid for 3 days, if the deposit has not been made within this period; we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

-The remaining amount must be covered the day of your departure or a day before which must cover the rest of the activities and/or people within the previous quote.

 

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER: In case of requesting a last-minute change or cancellation, no refund will be possible and the 50% corresponding to the reserved activity must be covered
